Good morning, beautiful! It’s been a while since I’ve posted here so the algorithm probably won’t show this to that many people but if you’re seeing this, I hope it enjoy it and have a great day 😘
I have a feeling you’re about to start seeing a lot more “Digital Collectibles” in your Instagram feeds… if you aren’t sure what that means @blakeericadams and I are here to answer your questions about digital ownership. Fire away in the comments! (there are no dumb questions)
What you’re seeing here on Instagram is a digital photo of a very carefully protected physical print of a digitally captured version of a moment I created with my hands, a flower, and water held in a cast iron skillet… a moment created out of a need to process a mental shift that happened during a window of clarity. In that clarity I was able to see the very core of myself as something that was not only not-disgusting… but beautiful.
After decades of listening to the misguided voices of people who told me otherwise (probably because they’d been lied to themselves) these moments of clarity aren’t as common as I’d like… even still. And honestly even in another moment of clarity where I feel like sharing this - it isn’t easy at all.
So I guess that’s what your seeing, “liking”, sharing, supporting, and buying from me when you interact with my work.
If it’s ever seemed random, I promise you it’s not. If you’ve ever wondered why I can’t crank it out day after day like commercial work… now you know.
🤍

I was testing some new gear for my photobooth setup while taking a break from shooting -SUSPENDED- when I realized it was a good opportunity for a self portrait showing exactly how ridiculous I look while shooting 😂
I love making prints! Everybody stop what you’re doing an go buy a print from CalebLeeAdams.com so I can keep making them! K thx bye 😘
Thanks for collecting this one, @pwidland ! It will arrive very soon!
