Hey! Just coming on here to re-introduce myself to all my new followers. Thank you so much for the follow. Welcome, If you didn’t already know my name is Jessie and let’s just start off by saying my name isn’t short for anything 🤭 like any other baker I started doing this as just a hobby in 2012 and from there people started to order. I then decided that maybe going to culinary arts program would be awesome. I truly enjoy anything culinary and pastry arts its my passion and I hope that maybe one day I’ll be able to help someone else out there that may want to get better at their baking skills. As promised here is the video of the cake I made for Josiah for his 15th birthday. This is the first time I make him his cake in a while since he always prefer icecream cake and decorating a cake with whipped cream isn’t as fun as It would be with BC It was not at all perfect but still glad I was able to make him something special.
