Had a beautiful evening out at @spikestable with friends! Love Spike’s food and life philosophy- one of the most memorable meals I have had in a long time. Started with a beef tartare, grilled lamb hearts with a herb sauce, the best lamb soup I have ever had, beef tongue with celeriac puree, pork with roasted squash and a freshly made tarte tatin. 6 courses, good wines and 5 hours later, I was done! Thanks Spike - we’ll be back!

For nine years, this tournament has been more than a weekend of games — it’s been a tradition built on community and connection. Every year we pitch our tents, share stories by the fire, and wake to the sound of cleats on dewy grass. The friendships forged here have grown stronger with every throw, every laugh, and every late-night under the stars. After nine years, the gratitude runs deeper than ever — for the sport, the people, and the memories that continue to call us back.

A week in LA went by in a blink of an eye. From workouts to pickleball to museums to comedy shows to the wandering streets of LA to Leiout to Joshua tree and all of the food in between. I’m grateful to share memories with all of the gems I spent time with.

My first produced show! Without the help of the cast and friends this wouldn’t have happened. Super thankful for all the love and support! Thank you all!
Went to @campzipzap the other week and it was pretty neat! Hung out with people that swept me off my feet. I did all the fun camp games, made friends with people with new names. And now I have to win the cup again to 3-peat.

Kicking off the weekend with some disc golf at P15. Followed by playing some ultimate at Harvest with the sweetest treats. Harvest always has a special place in my heart and I think is by far the most fun tournament in Ontario.
