We’re excited to be testing the Blue Beard robot at our Quad Student Housing Community Phase 3 project.
This is one of the many ways we are leveraging technology and applied robotics to evolve how we build and operate at Buttcon. Tools like Blue Beard are helping improve efficiency, enhance quality, and drive stronger project performance while supporting smarter and more streamlined construction processes.
It has been incredible to see the progression of the robot firsthand. What started as an early concept has quickly evolved into a practical, high impact solution with real applications on active construction sites. Our executive team also had the opportunity to see the technology in action and experience its impact firsthand.

Our Branch Street project is a modular affordable housing development, and as Ottawa Community Housing delivers critical housing solutions for the City of Ottawa, we are using modern methods of construction to support them in bringing this impactful project to life. This project highlights the use of modular construction to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency while maintaining high quality.
It was a privilege to see the continued focus on addressing the housing challenges facing our nation’s capital and the importance of delivering much needed affordable housing for the community.

This approximately 203,000 square foot project was designed to support the advanced research, production, and distribution of specialized organic compounds used in pharmaceuticals, forensic science, and environmental applications worldwide. This recognition reflects the collaboration, dedication, and hard work that went into bringing this project to life.
