Last night in Wynwood, the opening of the Balloons exhibition organized by Mana Common felt completely surreal. ✨🎈
Giant inflatable installations, immersive rooms filled with light, music, colors and energy… this is the kind of art you don’t just look at - you walk through it, touch it, experience it. For a few hours, everyone becomes a child again.
It was one of those evenings we truly love: funny, elegant, multicultural, artistic and deeply alive.
Friends, laughter, beautiful encounters, creativity everywhere, and that rare feeling of lightness that does so much good.
In a world that can sometimes feel heavy, this exhibition is a magical escape - a reminder that art, beauty, diversity and innovation still have the power to bring people together and make us dream.
Bravo to the Mana and Balloon Museum teams for creating such a spectacular immersive experience in the heart of Miami. 🩵

Last night, I went to the opening of one of the most extraordinary exhibitions I have seen in #Miami.
And maybe what moved me first was not only Jean-Michel Basquiat himself - but what it says about Little River, Wynwood, about Miami, about cities in transformation.
There is something happening there.
Not polished.
Not manufactured.
Not performative.
A neighborhood where warehouses, streets, cultures, poetry, immigration, money, struggle, memory and reinvention collide within the same breath. The kind of place Basquiat would probably have understood instinctively. A place still imperfect enough to remain alive.
In a world where art is often locked behind privilege, private collections and auction houses, seeing nearly 100 Basquiat works presented freely and openly to the public felt almost radical.
No velvet rope.
No social filtering.
Just people standing face to face with one of the rawest artistic voices America ever produced.
An immense thank you to @thebonniergallery  for this extraordinary #exhibition in Miami’s #LittleRiver neighborhood.
Walking through these works felt less like visiting an exhibition and more like entering a nervous system.
Language fragmented.
Bodies dissected.
Crowns floating somewhere between glory and survival.
History scratched into canvas like a warning no one truly wanted to hear.
Basquiat never painted to decorate walls.
He painted like someone trying to leave evidence behind.
And what struck me most is how contemporary it all still feels.
Some pieces were overwhelming - especially Krong Thip (Torso), Spain, and the monumental Brain sculpture. You can feel anatomy, jazz, street poetry, rage, intellectual brilliance and exhaustion existing simultaneously inside the same work.
Miami is changing.
Not only economically.
Culturally. Emotionally. Artistically.
And exhibitions like this are part of that transformation.
