The kitchen is the heart of the home and one of the most important spaces to get right. At The Esplanade, a lot of time went into detailing this one to get it spot on. Hosting here would be an absolute breeze.
The dual Qasair rangehoods are silent but seriously effective, and the dual ovens mean Christmas lunch or weekends with a full house are easy work.
All thatā¦ and it looks bloody amazing.

Feature tiles are one of my favourite ways to ad some personality to our amazing projects! This incredible selection from @gtandb_ give these wet areas a vibe that is warm and unique. The colour pallet selected from smashed pieces found under the existing home on demo day! The only thing better than a pop of colour is when that colour has a story!

The Esplanade
Tucked behind this front fascia is a perforated aluminium strip that most people would never notice, but it does a lot of heavy lifting.
This home uses a ventilated roof assembly with Pro Clima Mento installed beneath the roof sheets, allowing airflow through the roof cavity to help manage moisture and condensation over time. Pair that with the beautiful Enseam cladding by @m.a.g_roofing_ and itās going to look amazing for decades!
