18 months ago, I began building my first ever LEGO cosplay, the āLEGOlorianā. I did not expect that it would lead to one of the most incredible opportunities Iāve ever had - getting asked by @lego themselves to make a trio of brick-built cosplays for Star Wars Celebration Japan.
This is a project Iāve been so excited to finally reveal, and Iām super proud with how the suits turned out. It was incredibly challenging, but also incredibly rewarding to see it all come together. So grateful to have had this opportunity and Iām still pinching myself that it actually happened.
If you saw these in-person over the weekend and/or got a photo, I hope you enjoyed the builds!

Presenting the worldās largest collection of replica LEGO lightsabers!
Iām really stoked to finally reveal my expanded collection of replica LEGO lightsabers. This has been a project Iāve been working on for almost 3 years now, with my first ever LEGO lightsaber post dating back to February 16th 2020!
Each design in this display is an original @built_bricks creation, with the one exception being the official āLukeās Lightsaberā set in the top left corner. There are 60 different hilt designs featured in this display, with 77 individual pieces total (some designs have multiple build variations). There are around 30k pieces in this display, all of which are 100% genuine LEGO. Each & every hilt has been taken from some form of Star Wats media, with some definitely more obscure than others! Itās been a huge learning experience for me and Iāve learned so much about not just lightsabers, but building techniques and approaches to set design.
Thank you once again to everyone who has supported this series through comments, shares, suggestions, DMs, & instruction purchases. I wouldnāt have been able to develop this series without the support of the LEGO community on here and Iām really appreciative that you guys are enjoying these designs as much as I enjoy making them.
If you want to build any of the hilt-only variants, you can find instructions on the @brick.vault web store, as well as some on my personal Rebrickable page. The bladed variants are available as custom sets through @brickerbuilds , though some shown here are currently unreleased - keep an eye out for those ones in future! Links to all product listings can be found in my bio.
I canāt thank @brickhyk enough for this gift! Heās taken my mini LEGO Luke Skywalker lightsaber and 3D printed it in life-sized scale. And to top it off, heās even added a blade.
This thing is so cool, I canāt thank him enough for sending me a copy - if you want to make one for yourself, I believe heās selling it and/or the print files for it on his website.
I was also suprised to find heād packed two bonus builds for me, which guessing by the parts is an upscaled mini-build of an X-Wing and TIE Fighter. So Iāll be sure to update with a video putting those together!

Part 1 of my @yolopark.official AMK Mini review was interrupted by my cat Brie, I hope you enjoy it anyway š
The Yolopark AMK minis combine Transformers with the building style of Bionicles to create some really fun little action figures. I bought all of Wave 1 last year which got me into the series, and Yolopark have been kind enough to send me all of Wave 2 to take a look at.
Iāll be taking more of a look at the build experience in Part 2, so make sure to like and follow for that! You can also use code BUILTBRICKS to get 5% off Yolopark AMK kits š

With 1480 pieces, you too can build your own wearable LEGO Magneto Helmet! š§²
Though I think my first version of this back in 2024 wasnāt too bad, Iām much happier with this redesign. Itās much less of a bucket now and sits much more comfortably on the head. Definitely worth the effort to redesign it I think! šŖš§±
If youād like to build one of these for yourself, you can find instructions on my website, Open Studs, and Rebrickable š

Another helmet build finished in just 3 days! š§±šŖ
Iām really happy with how this has turned out, especially the purple trim around the outside as thatās key to making the whole thing work.
Stay tuned for the full wearable reveal! š§²

You know what a Day 2 video means, itās head slap-band time again š
Today was all about combining the submodels created into Day 1 into the top dome of the helmet. Iāve refined this structure over the years to something thatās stronger than ever, and it makes my wearable LEGO helmets really robust šŖš§±
Stay tuned for the Day 3 update where I add the rest of the pieces! š§²

My third wearable LEGO helmet build for 2026 begins! And like Batman, a Magneto helmet is something Iāve done before, all the way back in 2024.
Iāve now re-worked the helmet to be smaller, improved the overall shaping, and to use my upgraded helmet frame that makes it way stronger than it was in the past.
If you want to build this new version yourself, you can find instructions on my website, or at Open Studs or Rebrickable š

Hereās an in-person comparison between the official LEGO Darksaber and the MOC I made for @brick.vault
Whilst I think the LEGO GWP is a decent swing at the design, itās proportionally off, and is surprisingly fragile. I think my MOC captures the proportions and 3D details a bit better overall, and itās much sturdier model
But which one do you prefer? Let me know in the comments below!
