Thank you to everyone who attended the Holi Festival Charity Gala in support of Building Education’s 7th school in Nepal, helping create access to education for over 245 students.
What keeps an organization alive is not just its mission, but the people who continue to believe in it.
Building Education is still here because of those who have given their time, energy, resources, and trust to help carry this work forward. In a world that can often feel transactional, your support is a reminder that generosity, community, and shared purpose still matter.
Every Gala reminds me that this work is bigger than any one person. It is sustained by people who choose to show up, care, and invest in something beyond themselves.
Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in this mission and remain committed to it.

School #6 | Impact Assessment Visit
Before every school project, we begin by listening.
During our visit to School #6, we conducted an impact assessment to better understand the needs of the students, teachers, and surrounding community. This process helps ensure that our work is not only responsive, but also rooted in the realities of the people we serve.
In partnership with Karkhana Samuha, we explored how education infrastructure, learning environments, and community-centered solutions can create long-term impact for children in rural Nepal.
Every school begins with a conversation. Every partnership begins with trust. And every step forward brings us closer to building not just classrooms, but futures.

Behind every project on the ground is leadership, trust, and steady execution.
Santosh, our Head of Operations in Nepal, plays a critical role in helping bring Building Education’s work to life — ensuring that vision is translated into action for the communities we serve.
Grateful for his leadership and commitment to this mission.
What if building a school could change everything?
The truth is — it can.
At Building Education, we do far more than construct classrooms. We help build systems that create lasting impact for entire communities.
It starts with funding.
We raise funds and secure grants that support local projects focused on education, opportunity, and access — especially for women and children.
But real impact goes beyond infrastructure.
That’s why we invest in people.
Through local empowerment conferences and community programs, we equip individuals with entrepreneurial skills, connect them with training and partners, and open doors to real opportunities. Because sustainable change happens when communities are empowered to lead their own future.
And our work doesn’t stop once the project is complete.
We continue supporting communities through mentorship, consulting, and long-term milestone tracking to help create economic sustainability and independence.
For us, it has never been just about education.
It’s about building resilience, opportunity, and a future communities can truly own.
Real estate has given me a lot in life.
And one of the most important things it’s allowed me to do is give back.
On March 12, I’m attending something very meaningful to me. The Holi Festival Charity Gala supporting Building Education’s 7th school in Nepal.
Education changes everything. It creates opportunity, independence, and a future that otherwise might not exist.
If you’re able to join us, I would love to see you there.
And if you can’t attend, even a small donation helps make this project possible.

Let’s make a difference together.
Education has always been something deeply close to my heart because one opportunity to learn can change the course of an entire life. It changes the trajectory of a child, a family, and an entire community.
That’s why being part of @buildingeducation is so meaningful to me. From one vision led by @iamwendyshew to now rebuilding schools and creating opportunities for hundreds of students in rural Nepal, I’ve witnessed how powerful collective impact can be.
On March 12, 2026, we gather for the Holi Festival Charity Gala, not just for a beautiful evening of celebration, but to continue a promise to rebuild the 7th school in rural Nepal and open doors for 250+ students.
As a sponsor and board member, I would be honored to have you there with us!
A night of culture, community, and purpose all in support of education that creates generational change.
If this mission speaks to you, I hope you’ll join us. 💕
Before there were 6 schools.
Before the annual Charity Galas.
There was passion.
Building Education began with one belief - that education changes the trajectory of a child, a family, and a community.
What started as a single commitment has now become a movement impacting hundreds of students in rural Nepal.
And on March 12th, we continue that promised.
Join us at the Holi Festival Charity Gala as we rebuild School #7.

From a dream sketched on paper to desks filled with hope—this is the story of our 6th school.
In the hills of Makwanpur, Sagarmatha School now stands tall with a brand-new building, desks, and benches, built so children can learn with dignity, safety, and pride. What began as a shared belief that every child deserves a better place to learn became reality through the power of partnership.
This school was made possible with the incredible support of Ek Artha and the local government, working hand in hand with the community. Together, we didn’t just build walls—we built opportunity, confidence, and a future.
Six schools down, many more dreams to build.
This is what happens when collaboration meets commitment. 🌱📚
I am grateful to become part of Building Education .
The journey has just started can’t wait to explore more and learn with the amazing team 🙏.

The handoff of Sagarmartha Secondary School in Makwanpur district is complete! 🎉🎉🎉
This will be the 6th school that @buildingeducation has supported to rebuild in Nepal.
The dream of this school started 2 years ago from one dedicated voice, @prasujmainali@buildingeducation partnered with @ea_foundation_nepal and our teams @santoshpandey__@kobitbaniya@jyotikhadka97 set out with planning and logistics.
I am grateful to our supporters for making this a possibility @tonyvlam@brendasea@elisa_covington@diane_do_@normanyeesf@sfrotary
And it was wonderful to meet the Chief Minister of Bagmati Province who shared his helicopter with us for the inauguration.
The Mayor of Manahari once studied here but could only reach Class 8. His dream was to expand this school to Class 10 — the nearest one is a four-hour walk away.
It takes a global community of advocates to make this possible — building a foundation for generational change through education.
Congratulations everyone! ❤️

This Dashain, we handed over School #6 to the community in Manahari, Makwanpur. 🇳🇵
For generations, most students here could only study up to Class 8 — the village had no facility beyond that.
Today, that has changed. This new school now allows children to study up to Class 10, opening doors that were once closed.
Built with love, partnership, and perseverance, it stands as a symbol of what happens when we believe that every child deserves the chance to go further.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible — together, we’re not just building schools, we’re building futures.
