Looking back,
2025 wasn’t just a year —
it was a nonstop journey.
More than 180 events,
countless flights,
and cities that slowly started to feel like home.

From early morning load-ins
to late-night breakdowns,
from rewriting run-of-shows at the airport
to calling cues backstage under pressure —
every city had its own rhythm,
every event its own story.
Different venues.
Different teams.
Different challenges.
But the same goal every time:
turning ideas into moments people remember.
There were 6 a.m. setups,
midnight wrap-ups,
endless revisions,
and that one second —
when the lights came on
and everything finally made sense.
This year taught us that
cities change,
projects change,
timelines change —
but commitment to details never does.

First stop: CES · Las Vegas
New city.
New scale.
New expectations.
Before the lights turn on again,
the journey continues.

At a vineyard in Napa Valley, we designed a private proposal filled with florals, soft blush tones, and elegant minimalism. With close friends quietly watching, he knelt, she said yes, and forever began.

A June wedding under the redwoods~
The sculptural organza backdrop was created by the talented team at @bubblecloudevents . This backdrop made entirely from organza instead of paper. Unlike paper flowers, organza doesn’t hold shape easily. Every piece had to be shaped, secured, and layered just right — all under a tight install window.
We created an all-white base full of texture and depth — layering baby’s breath, garden roses, hydrangea, and lilies to anchor the scene. We kept the palette minimal so the flowers could flow with the movement of the fabric, not compete with it. Soft and cloud-like, but grounded enough to hold space under the redwoods.
So much behind-the-scenes work went into making this look effortless — and it was so worth it.
