I’m excited to share a new passion project titled Simple Pleasures starring Henry Stein. The film was initially set out to explore how the simple, mundane, and ordinary parts of life can sometimes feel extraordinary. Since then, the plot had evolved into something deeper. Something I thought I needed to hear. A journal entry of reflection, gratitude, and motivation to move forward through the inescapable challenges of life. Over 20 people had gifted me their time and talents to make this film come to fruition. I’m truly grateful for the community and friendships that I’ve built here in San Francisco. I’m still growing as a filmmaker and I still have a lot to learn. But moments like this remind me of how lucky I am to be surrounded by love and support. Story inspired by The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse (2022). I hope you enjoy.
