In the summer of 2022 I had the great privilege of hanging out with @benwatt and @traceythorn at my studio outside of Bath whilst they experimented with writing together for the first time in 24 years. I’ve worked with them both over the past decade on solo records so to be invited to be the safe pair of hands on this new project was a real honour. It was never planned to be the next @ebtgofficial record but as time went on it became obvious that it couldn’t be anything else. The combination of Tracey’s voice over Ben’s arrangements has a sound that is unmistakable to anyone who is familiar with their previous work.
