Meeting up with some of our program beneficiaries in some of rural communities we serve is something that gives us joy especially the grins on their faces and the twinkle that lights up their eyes.
.
So what do we talk about? 😁
.
The small talks about having a new born and the big talks about antenatal, delivery and post delivery care.
.
We are making change happen for women and children in Nigeria 🙂

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed a lot about our work, how we interact with health workers as well as the woman we serve across rural communities but our mission remains the same.
.
We are here to make that positive change happen for mothers and babies everywhere ❤️

Jesus is the reason for the season and we wish you love and light that the death of Christ represents.

Credit to @colourfulgiggles : What children eat in the formative years of their life greatly impacts their brain capacity, growth, ability to meet some developmental milestones and their overall wellbeing.
Poor nutrition directly affects part of the brain dealing with language and memory function.
Focus on ensuring that you feed your children highly nutritious meals like our Colourful Giggles baby cereals launching in a few weeks to give your children the 100% advantage 👌🏽 Let us be the #ColoursInYourGiggles 😘

Today we celebrate the work of the United Nations in promoting health and wellbeing, fostering peace and equality and promoting sustainable development across nations.
Our world is certainly a better place because of the #UN

In every crisis, children are the most affected.
Every deviant from the norm including the ongoing climate change affects their health, access to clean water, clean food and access to infrastructure critical to their physical and mental wellbeing such as schools, healthcare centers, and good transportation.
Debilitating diseases such as malaria, diarrhea, cholera which are also aggravated by climate change pose a threat to vulnerable groups such as pregnant women and under 5 children.
It is our collective responsibility as individuals to ensure our environment is safe, secure and healthy. We can do more to save our environment.
In anticipation of the #UnitedNationsDay #ClimateActionForPeace #2019
For one more child to be born alive with the opportunity to live to his full potential, for one more mother who will live to see her baby grow, for one more family that wont have to loose their mother to childbirth; we will continue to invest in training birth attendants because we believe that when they know more they can do more

Through our community sensitization programs, we encourage pregnant women to engage in behaviors that reduce pregnancy-related health risks.
Antenatal attendance in health centers is also emphasized to ensure women are adequately monitored by skilled care throughout the period of their pregnancy.
