2 years ago, after having lapsed for quite a bit, I thought I'd give acting a go for one more year before calling it quits. A few months later I was fortunate enough to start work at @bridge_command 1 year ago I joined the team full-time and have experienced a level of creative fulfilment I'd never have imagined while actually being able to make a living. I still can't accurately put into words how much this job and these people mean to me and how lucky I am to be where I am. #GoBeyond 📷 @zoebflint

AD | If you’ve ever wanted to step inside your favourite sci-fi story and fly your own spaceship... this exists in London. 🚀 @Bridge_Command in Vauxhall might be one of the best immersive experiences in the city right now, and I can’t believe more people aren’t talking about it! The experience begins from the moment you arrive. You’re assigned a uniform, meet your crew, grab a sci-fi themed cocktail or mocktail from the ship’s bar (yes, you can take it onboard), and then you’re transported up to the bridge. When those doors open, it genuinely feels like you’ve left Earth. You can choose from different mission types (from diplomacy to full on space chaos) and also pick your role. I chose defence, which meant tracking enemy spacecraft and firing missiles at them. SO fun. What really sets Bridge Command apart is that no two missions are ever the same. They save your mission data, so when you return your personalised storyline continues. You build your career, earn promotions, and collect real-life badges. They’re tracking over 1,000 storylines at this point, so it’s basically a real-life multiverse! The actors are brilliant, but the spaceship itself is next level. Handprint-activated doors, secret hatches, sleeping bays, smoke, sparks, alarms when things go wrong... the attention to detail is unreal. My personal highlight was climbing a ladder, sliding open a hidden hatch, and revealing the self-destruct button. Yes, you can actually press it. If you love sci-fi, fantasy, or properly immersive storytelling, this is absolutely worth it. It’s basically like playing a video game or stepping into your fave sci fi series in real life and one of the top things to do in London for film lovers. What you need to know: 📍 Bridge Command 63-64 Albert Embankment London, SE1 7TJ 💰 From £59pp 🕰️ Slots available on weekday evenings and weekends (closed Mondays) Is this on your London bucket list? #BridgeCommand Star Trek Fans #ThingstoDoInLondon What to Do in London #ImmersiveExperience Film Nerds #LondonbyLondoners #Filmstagram Sci fi lovers

I WENT TO SPACE! 🚀 … kinda. I’ve been wanting to go to @bridge_command since it opened, so I couldn’t say no. It’s a completely immersive, interactive sci‑fi experience in London where you can your crew can man a ship, take on different roles, earn medals and climb the ranks. Cannot tell you how much fun I had, but I think this video speaks for itself. Assemble you’re crew, book you’re mission and let’s be honest, you’ll probably see me there! #AD #sponsored #BridgeCommand #Theatre #London
