21 years ago today I worked in Madison Wisconsin at the Dane County Coliseum with Slipknot and Shadow's Fall. April 30, 2005
This was the final night of the tour that also featured Lamb Of God, apparently I did not shoot them this night , too busy getting hammered with 80s KISS ,
some of the guys from Shadows Fall and Joey Jordison put on kiss Makeup and open the show with a set of 80s kiss cover songs. The crowd had no fucking idea what was going on and they were none too happy with it if they only knew who those people were under the Makeup.. During the Shadows Fall set, they used to have this remote controlled truck. They would bring shots out on stage. this night clown came out and absolutely destroyed the little truck during the 80s kiss set Corey Taylor came on stage butt naked with Lou Brutus, i'm surprised my memory is as good as it is considering how drunk everybody got that night. epic night, epic show with lots of amazing friends.
