A bit of a work in progress/scrapped concept. I've reworked this guy a bunch, but in the end, I don't think I'll use it for what I was working on it for. I figured I'd share it here, so it at least sees the light of day!
I thought I wanted to put an angry dog on something, but didn't want a stereotypical "angry dog breed" so I tried a soft fluffy boy. Obviously slightly skewed by my love of @finn.agram

Could be a 5, but way under seasoned in my opinion! I do wanted it to be great because they're based just a half hour away from me!

Hi friends! Meet the new faces of PRFM KW, Kelsi (@_whichiswitch ), Jon (@brfc ), and our new little logo/mascot friends K and W!
We're taking the reins from @esadxprod and are going to put our own spin on PRFM KW, hoping to make it even bigger and better than ever!
We're starting with a re-brand. Kelsi came up with a two-headed creature, representing the twin cities of Kitchener and Waterloo, which we kicked back and forth a little before ending up with this final iteration that we love! And because he's a design nerd, Jon made a couple other lockups, "just in case" 🤷🏻
We have a meeting next week to hopefully lock down a new home for a fall market, so keep an out for a date to save soon! And then maybe there will be something else? Or maybe not! We're just getting into the swing of things.

Here's something I haven't posted about yet...
Last summer I was printing something for the buds @pink.lemonade.records and was like, "yo, this logo is real pixelated, is that how it's supposed to look?" And they were like, "yep, that's how it looks."
And then in November @hespelerpunk comes to me and was like "yo, do you want to make a cleaned up vector version of our logo?" And I was like "yep!"
And so I made a version of what they already had (slide 3) but then was like, "but what if I do a little more, and see how I would make it if it were up to me?" And a couple iterations and some back and forth later, that is the story of how Pink Lem got a new logo 👌🏻

New! And updated!
I made the Death's Head design into a patch. It doesn't glow like the keychain though - sorry! But I still think it's cool.
And even though I've been using this Don't Die Today design on everything else, the patch had remained the original version of the design, with text wrapped around the bottom. No longer though!!
Both of these are on bearface.ca now. (I've actually had them in hand for like two weeks now, but you know, life and stuff...)
