This week, we took delivery of our state-of-the-art, fully automated brewery system, and it’s finally here! A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at @BrewStarSystems for their unwavering dedication, not just this week but throughout the entire year. You’ve truly gone above and beyond—putting in mammoth shifts to get four massive shipping containers unloaded, our tanks upright, and everything in place. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

Earthly Labs have the first end to end carbon capture solution which is designed for the brewing industry, wineries and distilleries. Their solutions allows brewers to recover carbon dioxide from the fermentation process, purify it to beverage grade CO2, reuse it to carbonate their products, and sell the excess ♻️💨

We wanted to shine a spotlight on our work with @dropprojectbrew and share what we've installed. Here goes...
🌟 Two 60HL Fermentation Vessels adding 12,000L (equating to around 21,000 pints!). These were designed to position all the ports for access to glycol services and to optimise their workflow
🌟 Keg Washer and Filler which has steam sterilisation and adjustable cleaning step times to match each keg's level of soiling. It's capable of up to 3 different cycles to cover different keg sizes and can wash a keg in 3.5 minutes and fill in 1.5 minutes
🌟 Heat Recovery System which features a shell and tube heat exchanger allowing brewers to use the heat from the boil (that would otherwise be wasted) for the next brew, reducing their energy consumption
🌟 Grist Case and Mill allows them to have more control over their ingredients and optimise the crush size to maximise their extraction
