Today we are hosting a car wash that will benefit our good friend Stephanie’s karate studio here in town! The money raised will help student transportation/travel expenses when they attend tournaments! The car wash starts at 4:30 and we have a raffle going all day! $5 per ticket gets you a chance to win this case tray of goodies!
It is not often I get a day to myself to just brew- so I’m pretty stoked to get a day doing what I love: BREWING! Also- the beer I’m sampling is a BF 1st! Mr. Steve and I brewed this Maibock a while back and it is on the tail end of lagering! So, hopefully end of May this beer will be on tap! It was brewed with specialty malts from @bearbranchmalt , so you know it’s gonna be good!

Dark Saber pours like midnight with a tan, saber-like foam; it delivers a bold clash of roasted malt and bright hop intensity. Notes of dark chocolate, and subtle char meet sharp bursts of citrus, pine, and resin. The finish is crisp, dry, and lingering, leaving a bitter edge.

We will have a limited amount on tap and in cans!
Although the rain is ruining our Cruise in vibes today, we are still releasing Turning Wrenches, Throwing Hammers! This IPA is only 4% but packed full of citrus and the dankness. It was built to be consumed while working hard or while chilling with your friends!
