The world’s finest hops, malt, yeast, process aids, finings, adjuncts, and flavourings - as well as KeyKegs and UniKegs too - all on one pallet, delivered the next working day.   Over the last few years @brewersselect has been working closely with @northernmonk and other likeminded breweries to provide access to exclusive access to exceptional quality hops through partnerships with industry-leading hop developers like Indie Hops of Portland, Oregon, USA, as well as yeast and brewing aids from Lallemand and AB Vickers. It's no secret that we absolutely love Aussie hops here at Closet Brewing, so when @barthhaasx and @brewersselect invited us to be a part of their new festival we absolutely lept at the chance. Brewed in collaboration with @brightbrewery in Australia, this West Coast Pale is a showcase of two of our favourite hops from down under - Vic Secret and Galaxy. Prepare yourself for peach and pineapple, layered over dank pine, atop a classic westie malt backbone. @catgordonillustration created the absolutely beautiful art for this beer, fusing the landscapes of the Scottish Highlands and Australian Outback. Thank you to everyone who got involved in our BeerX photobooth with Lallemand Brewing. We can all universally agree that Alix made a superb host and organiser/chief person to rope others into photos. Same family, same land, just a much bigger ripple, reaching breweries from a tiny island on the edge of the Atlantic, all the way to Pacific Northwest of America. For this St. Patrick’s edition of Meet the Makers, we’re sharing the @loughranfamilymalt story…how a family farm turned into something that connects brewers to the people and land behind their ingredients. It’s about taking care of the soil, thinking long-term, and keeping that connection from farm to glass alive 🍺 @brewersselectie @brewersselect Also…small detail we couldn’t leave out: someone at Loughran has missed two flights…while already at the airport.
