“A place that, even a hundred years ago, was created for people to rest, celebrate, meet, enjoy life, and simply be.” That is House of Loevestein. What we now know as House of Loevestein was once the beloved weekend residence of Karel Loevenstein, a prominent industrialist, advisor to the First Republic governments, and the great-grandfather of the current estate owner, Robert Katchner. This was the place where he came to escape the demands of work, spend time with family and friends, host gatherings, and enjoy an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. And that is exactly the spirit this project continues to carry today. For us at Brandmark, House of Loevestein has been part of our journey since the very first idea. A true passion project that allows us to fully express our ideas, experience, and attention to detail without limits. That is why we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of the revival of such an extraordinary place with such an incredible story. Thank you for the trust.

 Delarg takes shape through a visual identity built on clarity, structure, and intention.
 From naming to visual language, communication, and the website, every element works together to express a balance between the energy of the city and the calm of everyday living.
 It’s a pleasure to build a brand on such a strong and distinctive architectural work, one that will shape the future face of Holešovice. Visualizations naturally extend the identity and work in synergy with it.

For The Grand Mark Prague on Hybernská Street, in the heart of the city, the new identity was built around the idea of finding calm within the city’s energy. From the website to social media and visual content, we shaped every element to reflect @thegrandmark ’s serene interiors and secluded garden behind historic walls.

@hybe.cz is entering its next phase. At the beginning of last year, we had the opportunity to be part of the creation of Hybe by @Penta_real_estate . Unique office and retail spaces that transform an exceptional location in Prague 1. The distinctive architectural concept by @klaska.ltd builds on the success of the award-winning @masarycka_spojuje development, while carefully preserving the valuable historic elements of the former post office building. We’re proud to be part of a project shaping the future character of Hybernská Street, in the very heart of city.

The icon awakens once again.✨ We are proud to be part of the revival of Hotel Slavia, a place with deep history in the centre of Brno, now entering a new chapter. We are developing the hotel’s complete marketing and communication framework covering brand positioning, identity, online and offline campaigns, digital presence, printed materials and navigation system. All of this comes together to create something more than a hotel. A refined gem where beautiful, high-end design meets harmony and the highest level of care. The very definition of a lady among hotels.

In Prague, numbers matter. And 3 feels just right. For @zizkov3.0 by @penta_real_estate , we developed a communication framework designed to move between different environments from mobile screens and websites to billboards, printed brochures and sales materials. The visual language is built on a palette of warm sand and cream tones, muted greens and deep neutral accents, creating a calm and contemporary identity that reflects the character of the neighborhood.
