Last week at #GDC, our very own Development Director, Jonathan and Engineering Manager, Vicki, took the stage to share “The Process Process: Empower Your Team to Do Their Best Work.” 🎤
They broke down how growing teams can spot when process is needed, implement changes without overcomplicating things, and build a culture where teams continuously improve on their own. Drawing from real studio experience, they shared practical ways to balance structure with autonomy, and keep teams aligned while scaling.
