🌊 Teamwork on the water. Real impact on the coast.
Yesterday we got out on the boat with local commercial fishermen to remove abandoned lobster traps from the beach heavy gear that can continue impacting marine life if left behind.
And @braidc on the beach carrying and dragging traps into piles for us to come and get. 💪🏼🙏
This is what collaboration looks like. The fishing community and the local community care deeply about the ocean, and we’re grateful to work alongside them to get this gear out of the environment. 🤝
Every trap removed is a win for our coastline and the wildlife that depends on it.
