Identity for ThinkLabs with @another_zihao ThinkLabs is a software startup that leverages AI to revolutionize the energy management industry, steering it towards a future of fully automated decision-making for everyday operations. Inspired by the design of windmill blades as energy generators, we developed a bold, geometric logomark that seamlessly integrates the letterforms T and L. The negative space at the center of the logomark forms a spark shape, perfectly symbolizing the brand’s AI technology at the core of its identity.

To return implies movement, but the one who is returning must choose the direction. Why does one return to something, someone, or somewhere? “Radical Return” is the first exhibition presented by Radical Characters @radicalcharacters , a study group and curatorial project that explores the relationship between design and culture in the Chinese and Chinese American community. Radical Characters hopes to decentralize the design canon and to co-build history and community by initiating dialogues through educational experiences. Each project is informed by a 汉字 Hanzi (Chinese character) as a starting point of inquiry. As a growing study group, Radical Characters openly seeks out opportunities to gather and to share collective knowledge within and beyond the Chinese and Chinese American community. Kolekto by @boyang_xia ⁠ ⁠ "Kolekto hand-selects jewelry from independent designers around the globe who craft their pieces in small batches, often with one-of-a-kind stones.⁠ ⁠ Kolekto means “collection” in Esperanto, a language designed to bring many different cultures together. So is the mission of this project – not only the brand promotes the jewelry lines, celebrate the craftsmanship, but also puts emphasis on connecting those independent designers across the world. The challenge is how do we deliver an elegant identity without sacrificing the quirky attitude of the artists that come from different cultural backgrounds. ⁠ ⁠ The results are a celebration of all these crafts. A brand that’s feminine but not girly, elegant but approachable."
