I recently turned 38 so I'm old enough to know that nobody actually cares what you do or do not do on your bicycle AND I need you to know that I sometimes still do stuff like this on my bicycle. 🤷♀️

Durango to Moab hut trip last week. Dang, how sick! 11,000ft passes, abandoned mines, smoke, tortillas, pushing bikes downhill, Thelma and Louise filming locations, snoring, this trip had IT ALL. Feeling like I need to spin this momentum into a bid for CTR DFL in 2026.
Hey y'all last Saturday night after noticing some really bizarre swelling in Pippin's leg we went to the emergency vet. He spent the night there, then on Sunday we shuttled him to NCSU where he spent the night again to get a CT scan in the morning. No tests have been conclusive so far, but a couple kinds of cancer are on the short list. All the specialists agree taking the leg is his best chance at having more time so that's happening tomorrow. It's devastating but we're trying to be hopeful. We're not really up for talking about it, right now, but we'll take whatever positive energy you can spare.
Spent a few days peeking around CDMX. Beautiful people and places, white-knuckle Uber rides, too much to see and eat. They've got 22M people up in this sucker - Wild! Looking forward to doing this again.
