Can’t and won’t stop making this 👀 Inspired by Meera Sodha’s vegan recipe for 10-clove garlic focaccia… but with BB’s whole grain sourdough starter added. The recipe calls for a shit tonne of parsley which I picked fresh out the garden 🪴 Perfect for a simple, rough ‘n’ ready 🥑🍅 + mozzarella 🧀 and mayo sarnie… proper stinky wafter though! 🧄 🧄 🧄

The dough must go on! 🪄 This was a pretty good second attempt at sourdough pizza. Probably wouldn’t do it again unless I had a pizza oven… searing temperatures are key and you just can’t achieve that ‘perfect’ crust but the flavour was still spot on☝️

@bumblees beetroot chutney, goat’s cheese and freshly picked thyme grilled toastie with light seeded wholegrain sourdough bread... + added poncy decorative herb steeeeeeeez 🌸 I read that spreading mayonnaise instead of butter on the sides of the bread that you fry is THE ONE. I can confirm that the rumours are true and it is in fact THE ONE. Cheers, BB

Fresh out the oven! 3 x BB‘s light seeded wholegrain boules... a mix of strong white Canadian, seeded wholegrain and non-seeded wholegrain flours. 👨‍🍳

I have a very basic setup so patience is a virtue but I promise you it’s worth exchanging your hard-earned cash for 🤠 Swipe right for the menu and DM for any enquires... I will be doing specials so keep an eye on here for all that jazz 🍞 Delivery is included in the price, I will get it to you in a likely out of breath state and covered in flour but at least you know you’ll be getting your monies worth 🚚 Only taking local (Essex) orders for now BUT if you live in East London or elsewhere we can discuss options 🤪

Look at the crunch on that! Lashings of Filippo B’s Extra V V Olivenöl, fresh Rosemary and Silver Queen Thyme from the garden, T65 Patisserie @wildfarmed flour, Kalamata Olives and a decadently healthy sprinkling of sea salt. FOCACCIA COMING ACCIA. 🧂
