🚨 Big news from the Shack! 🚨 From 1 November 2025, Boulder Shack is officially a not-for-profit climbing gym 🎉 This isn’t a change in direction, it’s a confirmation of who we’ve always been. Every bit of energy (and every penny) goes straight back into improving the wall, supporting our team, and growing the community that makes this place special. As founder Tim Miller – who’s also behind Community Climbs CIC and the Independent Climbing Wall Collective CIC – puts it: “Boulder Shack has always been about more than climbing or profit. It’s about the people who fill the space, the energy they bring, and the community that’s grown around it.” 💚 We’re proud to be a true independent wall, built by climbers, for climbers, and now even more committed to keeping this space strong, inclusive, and thriving for years to come.
