NEW TENANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚀
After more than a decade in Castleberry Hill, beloved sushi tavern Bottle Rocket is taking flight and landing just a few blocks east in South Downtown.
The popular bar and restaurant, known for its inviting neighborhood atmosphere, has had a loyal following since it opened in 2011. Since then, they’ve been serving expertly crafted cocktails and a unique blend of traditional sushi, grill, and classic bar food staples.
Bottle Rocket’s move to historic Hotel Row will give them the space they need to level up the experience with more indoor seating, a sleek new bar area, and a variety of spaces perfect for social gatherings, private events, and nights out for all occasions.
Co-owner Josh Calvin summed it up best: “This new space doesn’t change who we are — it improves what we started. It gives us the room to do everything we’ve wanted to do but simply couldn’t before — both for our guests and our team. We finally have the breathing room to bring the full Bottle Rocket vision to life.”
Opening later this year, guests can expect lunch service, new menu enhancements, weekend brunch, and catering options for downtown businesses.
Whether you’re a downtown resident, Atlanta United fan, or visiting concertgoer, the new and improved Bottle Rocket will have something for everyone.

Little BR update for you all. We’ve been working really hard trying to get the new space open for the first #AtlUtd match, but unfortunately we aren’t ready, just yet. We have to get through a couple more inspections before we can open the doors to everyone.
