We made it nearly 9 years without an avocado toast, but then Julie made one so delicious and compelling that resistance was futile… Snap pea & avocado tartine with green tahini, pickled onions, pea tendrils, mint & pecorino Toscano, on the daytime menu now.

Botanica has earned a devoted following in LA for produce-led cooking that captures everything we love about eating seasonally in California.
