You’ve probably come through these doors for a brew, a fitting, a castings chat, a quick catch up…
But you’ve definitely never seen us like this.
33 Turner St is where so much of our world comes together, and this Earth Day feels like the right moment to show you what it really took to get here. Two years of planning, debating, redesigning, and very firmly refusing to “just stick in gas boilers and radiators” because from day one, that was never going to be the point.
Instead, we built it properly. Carbon zero by design, powered by renewable energy, and designed around how we actually want to work and produce, not how it’s always been done.
That meant bringing in the right people at every stage: specialist M&E engineers for low-carbon systems, fire safety strategists from London to unlock the open-plan vision, and surveyors who truly understand Grade II Listed Georgian buildings and how to respect them while moving them forward.
The result is a space that holds its history but runs on a completely different future, just like the work we want to put out into the world.
Swipe through the before & after ➡️ it’s a proper transformation.
And if you’ve not been in for a while… the door’s open.
