Look who’s back!! Lemmy was discharged from the hospital last night and is now back home and continuing to recover from parvovirus. He’s feeling much better and is so happy to be home! Thanks to the amazing staff @orchardparkvet for taking great care of our boy during his stay. And again, a huge thanks to my brother @creepynyc for setting up the gofundme and to each and every one of you that have donated. The money raised was able to help us with a little over half of the total costs to save our little guy’s life. We’ll leave this up for a few more days for anyone else that would like to contribute but we are eternally grateful for the help we have received. Thank you.

Thank you so much to everyone that has donated so far and to everyone that has shared the gofundme link. I’m happy to report that Lemmy is in stable condition and showing signs of improvement! He has been eating a bit every 4 hours today and his energy level has increased. Still having trouble with regurgitation and his albumin level dropped slightly from yesterday. The doctors are monitoring that closely but hopeful he won’t need any more plasma transfusions. If they can get the regurgitation under control, they say he might be able to come home tomorrow night. Fingers crossed. Please keep the little guy in your thoughts. He’s a fighter!

Lemmy made it through the night at the hospital and is continuing to fight. Still dealing with vomiting and diarrhea but was able to eat a little bit of chicken. He’s receiving additional food through an NG tube and is receiving plasma transfusions. Thank you to everyone that has donated so far. We’re really blown away by the support for our little guy. Every little bit helps. I’ll continue to keep everyone updated on his progress.
