This is both a record of moments in Born’s history and a reflection of the way he has built his path. 지난 2009년 2월, 프랑스 Nantes에서 열린 Hip Opsession에서 B-boy Born은 심사위원으로 초대받았다. 그는 현장에서 Cros One 그리고 B-girl Hurricane 함께 심사를 맡았고 당시 참가했던 프랑스의 Vagabonds는 핀란드의 Flow Mo에게 패배하게 된다. 이 판정에 불만을 품은 Vagabonds의 B-boy Youssef는 ‘Judge Call Out’을 신청했고 Born은 심사위원을 대표해 이에 응했다. 결국 두 사람의 배틀이 성사된다. Born은 압도적인 라운드로 상대를 완벽하게 제압하며 심사위원으로서의 실력과 존재감을 직접 증명해냈다. 그리고 배틀이 끝난 후 그는 상대에게 이렇게 말했다. “Sorry, I smoked you.” 이 장면은 브레이킹 역사 속에서 심사위원의 품격과 자존심을 스스로 증명해 보인 상징적인 순간으로 남았다. In February 2009, at Hip Opsession held in Nantes, France, B-boy Born was invited as a judge. At the event, he judged alongside Cros One and B-girl Hurricane. During the competition, the French crew Vagabonds lost to Finland’s Flow Mo. Dissatisfied with the decision, Vagabonds’ B-boy Youssef requested a “Judge Call Out,” and Born, representing the judges, accepted the challenge. This led to a battle between the two. Born completely dominated the match with overwhelming rounds, decisively defeating his opponent and proving his skill and presence as a judge firsthand.
