Touching Grief: A Gentle Space for Movement, Reflection & Connection
This 2-hour grief workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and explore grief through reflection, movement, and shared presence. You are invited exactly as you are. There is no expectation to ‘fix’, explain, or resolve anything.
The workshop is facilitated by:
@borgruth_ : bringing an artistic and movement-based approach
@saraaminom : bringing a therapeutic, trauma-aware, and psychoeducational lens
We’re holding a calm, non-judgmental space where we explore grief together through somatic practices and gentle movement. We’ll be spending time together using guided reflection and journaling techniques, with an emphasis on nervous-system regulation, grounding, and self-care. This is a support-based, psychoeducational workshop.
Who this workshop is for:
* Adults (18+)
* Anyone experiencing grief in its many forms (recent, ongoing, unspoken, or anticipated)
* Those curious to explore grief through the body, movement, and reflection
* People seeking a slower, more tender way of being with loss
You do not need to have experienced a recent bereavement to attend.
