“Team work makes the dream work” there is no other way to start this other than being grateful for everyone who was part of this journey. Deeply knowing this would be my last time on stage, I honestly wanted to build a love letter to everyone I met during these last 4 years. Visiting chef @fredericjaros and Xinxin in their beautiful seasonal restaurant @tingbyfredericjaros . I met them in hotelex during a collaboration with pastries and coffee and finally had the opportunity to stop by their place in Shanghai. Incredible creative menu inspired on the year of the horse and mongolian culture. A must stop in Shanghai!

Finally I had opportunity to visit Indonesia as a coffee producing country! I was honored to have the opportunity to visit Semendo with @gavinsuryo and @raym0ndali in Sumatra region, where they are pioneering Arabica and Liberica production. Along with that they are providing incredible processing innovation for coffees here with advanced fermentation and dark room techniques! Cant wait to share these jewels at @ult very soon!

We are back in Thailand for the largest coffee event in Asia this year! We spend an incredible time with @futurekp in phuket which is always oir destination for coffee and beautiful beaches in Thailand! After that world of coffee Asia gathered everyone from the globe! It is always great to spend time with all our partners and friends
