Our 2nd pop up, in the books!! (No pun intended). A bit smoother than the last one. A bit better. From my mentor

@straccipizza , "a little better each day". This time focused on desserty items with a photo theme to pair with
@whitedevil.la 's delicious calzones and sandwiches at
@dj.choco.flan 's Fototeca event.
We did 3 varieties:
- Black & White - dutch cocoa sourdough baguette, honey whipped ricotta, blackberries, balsamic glaze, shredded coconut
- Sepia tone - honey raisin whole wheat sourdough,
@therealtaujmahall 's caramel and pickled ginger
- Color - sourdough brioche, pistachio cream and honey whipped ricotta, fresh berries, pulverized pistachios and lemon zest
