Vid 1: 255kgs Yoke run and 100kgs sandbag into the yoke.
Vid 2: 170kgs deficit deadlift -> 190 axle bar deadlift -> 190kgs conventional deadlift for reps.
Vid 3: 100kgs bar overhead -> 90kgs keg overhead -> 85kgs log overhead.
Vid 4: 100kgs sandbag to shoulder, 100kgs stone to shoulder for reps.
Meeting @therealtechn9ne was probably the best part of 2022. Real humble dude but he don’t take no shit tho!
