This Thursday, we’re turning over the keys because we’re officially under siege!
@soka_blr from Bangalore is taking over the kitchen and the bar for the night, which means nobody’s really safe. So expect things to get very loud, very messy, and very hard to get away from.
We’re staying out of the way and letting it happen. Consider this your only warning!
We’ve been making a lot of noise for the past few weeks and tonight you finally get to see why.
T-0 days. The walls are up, the dust has settled, and Mac’s been promoted to site supervisor.

@ashhnairrr and @_therealgoku went to the Great State HQ, Pune with one job: brew something fun!
So here’s SMASH 2, a new beer brewed using Superdelic hops from New Zealand. A sequel on the beer brewed specially for Boilermaker by the team @greatstate.aleworks
They got to see the whole thing come together, from the tanks to the final pours, and safe to say… this one’s tasting dangerous already.

We read everything, rejected most, got inspired, and went with our own plan. Still no chutti… but a pretty big upgrade incoming!

When your entire team is busy, booked, and constantly on the move, coordination can get a little tricky. So with both Pankaj and Nakul MIA, we had to bring in our stand-ins who had some pretty big boots to fill.
Which also meant telling the team there’s no holiday. Only deep cleans, trainings, and more. Nobody’s going anywhere… or are they? ;)
We’ve got options for everyone, so there’s really no excuse! All our beers are served crisp and cold, and doing exactly what you need them to do in this blistering summer heat. Goa’s coming in hot, we’re keeping things chilled! 🍻

The bar had a different rhythm that night.
@akshit.sharma17 and @gim_ix from @boilermaker.goa stepped behind the bar for The Flight Shift, bringing a little Goa energy to The Nest. Glasses moved fast, guests leaned over the bar to see what was coming next, and the room never quite quieted down once the first drinks landed.
Guest shifts like this are our favourite kind of nights, with new hands behind the bar, curious pours making their way across the counter, and a crowd that’s more than ready for it. Thanks to everyone who showed up and kept the energy going.

We had one night with @moebiusmilano , and things got a little hot. We’re not just talking about the room!
With Giovanni behind the bar keeping things moving and Lorenzo keeping the energy up all night, we had a packed bar with no signs of slowing down.
Bit dangerous, that one. But safe to say it was mad fun.
