Brooklyn-born and Caribbean-rooted, Michelle “Elle” McLaughlin moves through many roles — model, Pilates instructor, creative, and personal stylist. But at the heart of her work is one mission: helping others feel at home in their bodies and empowered by their personal style.
She guides clients to build a deeper connection to self through movement, champions slower, more intentional fashion choices, and creates spaces where everyone — no matter their shape, size, or story — feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
Lately, her wellness journey has included navigating perimenopause — and choosing to meet it with knowledge, grace, and intention.

I’m so thankful to God for a healthy recovery from my second endometriosis surgery 6 months ago, and finally be able to pursue my dreams of studying fashion design and sustainability.

Proof of life:
From working full time as a Pilates instructor, graduating from seminary and then enrolling at my dream college FIT a few months later and now recovering from surgery to remove my endometriosis from my organs, it’s safe to say the year has been a full one. I’m so grateful for my boo, our family, chosen family, and friends who have rallied around us and supported us in such a special way.
