- just popping in for some updates for those that have been interested in our CONE SHAPE TOP space. Turns out we are in Oakland not Emeryville :) Since last summer we have moved all announcements to our email subscription newsletter. Every newsletter includes 2 new mixes, new music and books available for sale for curbside pick up with portion of proceeds going towards different mutual aids.
-in case you missed the newsletters in the past couple months, we wanted to take this time to shine a light on every one of these amazing contributors that have created mixes and sonic transmissions for CST, each one with an accompanying feature, a lot of amazing stuff to dive into for your home/long walks/drives listening pleasure. Catch our ‘Cone Zone’ shows playing music we carry at our favorite local radio station, @lowergrandradio every third monday of the month, streamed live on their site. All mixes are archived with full tracklist to our cone zone section on our site.

Tonight will be our first broadcast of Cone Zone at 730PST, a new recurring show on @lowergrandradio out of Oakland. 'Cone Zone' will exclusively feature music we have available at our Cone Shape Top space, as this broadcast also marks the launch of our webshop () - now live (link in bio). We will have curbside pickup available (DM for address). Portion of all sales will go towards the Asian Pacific Environmental Network (APEN), a Bay Area organization that works with working-class Asian immigrants and refugees Fundraising for an “emergency community stabilization fund” to distribute basic needs to members impacted by COVID-19 pandemic and associated xenophobia.
