Another year of running around like a doofus. Last 3 races of the year were PRs in the Marathon, 10M and 15k. Probably taking a break from the Marathon in 2025.
Another year of running, another year of ups and downs. Ran farther than I ever have and set PB’s at every distance, but definitely started feeling my age and the associated aches and pains for the first time. Blessed to be able to run in some amazing locations and complete my second NYC Marathon. Excited to try to do it all again next year. If you want to get into running or racing, I’m more than happy to share what I’ve learned over the past few years! Scroll to the end for me with a Minion.
Grateful to have gotten the opportunity to run a bunch around my favorite city (and a bunch of other spots too) this year. Here’s to more medals and more totally destroyed race bibs in 2023!
Partly due to boredom and partly due to COVID frustration, I decided to run a lot this year. Didn’t get to travel as much as I wanted, but got to see some beautiful places in my old home LA, my new old home NYC, and my hometown Madison. Here are a couple times I stopped to take a photo in those places and some stats, because who doesn’t love stats?

Hey my band @store_front_nyc put out our first EP today which you can listen to via the link in bio. It’s been a cool watch this thing grow with @brandonandonandon@kissinkilloutwb@verymuchso and @pepstep , and I hope you enjoy it. Turn your volume up for a sample of our song “I Would.”
@store_front_nyc headlines for the first time Saturday night, with three other great bands also playing. Come eat tacos with us in Williamsburg! (Pokémon unrelated to anything.)
