A few years back I conducted a personal project on environmental heroes. I wanted to find and photograph individuals who has built their businesses based purely around green practices, as it's something that both I and many others believe in. Unfortunately I stopped doing it simply because it became such prominent concern and many many businesses started to promote green ethics, that I felt my voice in this was unnecessary. Perhaps I should have continued, who knows. Either way I got a few great portraits out of it.
