I could say that I’m at a loss for words, but there’s so much to be said about you. I feel so blessed to have had your love in my life. You were truly one of a kind and honestly, one of my favorite people on this planet. You were tough, but you loved hard and you valued family to your core. I can’t tell you how much I miss you and our talks already. The life of the party. The KING of a good joke. The nickname master 😂 We’ve seen one another through many seasons and all I can say is thank you. Thank you for always making space for me to feel seen and understood. Growing up as the “oreo” in the family was rough (🥴😂), but you helped me to accept myself and learn to laugh at my differences. I’m blessed to have done the same for you. These few pictures and videos don’t begin to scratch the surface of who you were or what you mean to me. I’m so glad you got to know Christ and will continue to dwell with Him and our Heavenly Father forevermore.

Started Week 3 of my Peachtree training with a 3.75mi Easy Run (it wasn’t that easy @runna …🤣🥴) and my first @strava trend ☺️🙌🏾
I keep having to remind myself that I’m building myself in this season. Taking the first 2.5 months of this year off to recover from surgery wasn’t just necessary, it was healing (for more than just my body might I add). I don’t know who this is for, but have funnnnnn. Stop worrying about what people will say about your journey and just focus on the fat that you’re doing it! I had ZERO desire to run this morning, but pushing yourself to grow is a NON-NEGOTIABLE and this trend put a big smile on my face afterward 😁

Friday, April 10th…
Every run isn’t fun. You don’t always feel like doing it. Sometimes, just getting up is the hardest part of the journey. Show up anyway and let the Lord remind you what you’re made of… I contemplated posting this, but this is me in my natural habitat.
