Giving back to our communities, one bag at a time.
Our LA team recently partnered with the Volunteer Center for the Summer Send Off, assembling 60 bags filled with essentials to help local students enjoy a safe, healthy, and fun summer. From STEAM kits to sunscreen and school supplies, each bag is designed to support students beyond the classroom.
These donations will support students at local schools in Long Beach, helping set them up for a strong and supported summer ahead.
Proud of our team for showing up and making a meaningful impact where it matters most.

Last Friday, we welcomed industry partners and guests to our Irvine office for BNB’s Robotics & Innovation Happy Hour; an event centered around the innovation shaping the future of construction.
Featuring live demonstrations from @Dusty.Robotics , @UnitreeRobotics , Doxel, and CSC ROBO; attendees had the opportunity to experience emerging construction technology firsthand and see how innovation continues to transform the way projects are planned, coordinated, and built.
From robotics demos to networking and great conversations, it was exciting to see so many people come together to explore what’s next for the industry. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success!

The @MuseumofRiverside is entering a new chapter through the rehabilitation and expansion of its historic 1912 building. Once a post office, the building has served the city in many forms for more than a century.
This project brings together rehabilitation of the original structure and the addition of new gallery spaces and public amenities, helping the museum better serve the community while preserving a landmark deeply tied to Riverside’s history.
Working within a dense and active historic district, the team is carefully navigating structural upgrades, deep foundation work, and new utility connections from surrounding streets, all while respecting the surrounding historic fabric that makes this site so significant.

Our own Hayden Spencer Spencer recently joined the @SDBusinessjournal Community of Business Podcast to discuss the evolving role of technology, coordination, and innovation in construction.
From healthcare and performing arts facilities, mission critical infrastructure and the future of building systems; Hayden shared insight into how teams are helping clients navigate increasingly technical and complex projects while planning for what’s next.
Progress continues at the UCB Black & Gold Suite at @CUBoulder , where our team is advancing a two-phase, design-build renovation within the Level 7 skybox at Folsom Field.
Recent milestones include ceiling grid and paint completion, with millwork now underway, bringing one of the defining features of the space to life. Behind the scenes, key elements like the custom bar, glass doors and other finishing touches are underway, while stadium seating makes its way from Spain!
Working in close collaboration with @ZGFArchitects and project partners, the team continues to navigate a fast-paced schedule; now tracking ahead of schedule in support of upcoming stadium events.

Construction Safety Week may only last a few days, but the mindset behind it carries through every project, every plan, and every conversation across our jobsites.
This week, our teams came together across regions to reinforce the importance of looking out for one another, speaking up, sharing lessons learned; continuing to build a culture where safety remains at the center of everything we do.
Thank you to every team member, trade partner, and project partner who took part in Safety Week and continues to make our jobsites safer every day. Your commitment, accountability, and care for one another is what make's this culture possible!

Excited to once again partner with @ConstructionSafetyWeek as an official member company for 2026 (May 4–8)!
Safety Week remains a cornerstone of our culture, bringing teams together to reflect and recommit to what matters most; the safety and well-being of our people. From jobsite events to meaningful conversations, it reinforces the values that guide how we work every day.
This year’s theme, “All in Together – Recognize, Respond, Respect,” highlights the shared responsibility we all carry in building safer jobsites and stronger teams.
We’re looking forward to another impactful week and are proud to stand alongside our industry partners in advancing safety across our communities.

California’s updated green building code is reshaping how the industry approaches embodied carbon, now requiring commercial buildings over 50,000sf to meet new standards focused on materials and emissions before a building is even in use.
In a recent Marketplace Tech feature from NPR, industry leaders break down what this shift means for the future of construction. Our own Emily English shares insights alongside Drew Shula and Ben Stapleton of USGBC California on how embodied carbon regulations are influencing how projects are planned, designed, and delivered.

We are incredibly proud to see the Tribal flags raised at Washington Indian Gaming Indian Gaming Association headquarters in Olympia, and grateful to WIGA’s leadership for trusting us to help bring this meaningful project to life.
As builders, it’s an honor to deliver work that goes beyond construction; projects that reflect resiliency, history, and community.
For more than 20 years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with tribal communities, and seeing the tribes represented in this way is a powerful reminder of why that work matters.

Behind every finished space is a team solving challenges long before they’re ever seen.
On the Bellevue TI project, our Self-Perform team played a critical role in keeping work moving through constant design evolution, tight logistics, and a fully active building environment. From adapting to real-time changes in the field to coordinating closely with trade partners and designers, their ability to stay flexible and solution-focused made all the difference.
This project is a reflection of what strong field execution looks like; proactive coordination, quick decision-making, and a commitment to delivering quality work without slowing momentum.
Proud of the team that brought this one across the finish line.
