Exactly where I’m supposed to be…
Someone asked me last week how I felt as I approached my 37th birthday and I started to reply “I feel like I’m behind and trying to catch up” and she cut me off and said “there’s no such thing as behind, you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be!” Feels like I flew all the way to St. Barths to come away with that encouragement, I’ll head that way again next time I’m feeling behind! 😂💁🏻♂️
So today I’m feeling exactly where I’m supposed to be. Grateful to be living a charmed and blessed life full of amazing humans, magical experiences, and countless adventures…

*the most impossible caption to write... I don’t have all the words to convey what this film means to me, specifically what Michael and Toby mean to me. But I certainly cried A LOT every single time I spent a moment on the edit - it’s overwhelmingly beautiful in so many ways, and it makes me so so proud of my little brother and the life that he is living.
There’s a shot of Michael and Toby walking towards the waterfall with a rainbow, I remember specifically how profound that moment felt - kneeling on the ground, fighting the wind and the cold and the mist trying to keep the shot steady - realizing how lucky I was to be filming my brother and his partner in that very moment in such a stunning place. It’s my most favorite shot that I’ve ever filmed - EVER.
