We are very lucky here at Bluestone to be able to call a few places across Wales 'home'. Tyriet is our main HQ, it's where we started, where we brew and package, it's the home of our taproom and where our events take place but in 2021, we branched out a bit further and opened "GRAIN", our first joint venture with Ben & Byron. GRAIN is a collaboration, pizza + beer = a winning combination. We opened in St Davids first, then Carmarthen and most recently, on the river in Cardigan.
As well as GRAIN, we decided to throw something a little different into the mix. SANTOS opened this summer and serves Spanish Tapas, right next door to GRAIN in St Davids, so close that we actually share a kitchen!
Our venues are the perfect homes for our beers - you'll find bars full of Bluestone and takeaway beers too. If you come to GRAIN, Cardigan this New Year's Eve you might recognise a familiar performer from Bluestone too!

You may have already crossed paths with Ed, particularly if you are one of our trade customers, but we would like to take this opportunity to officially introduce him to our social media pages…it’s taken this long to convince him to smile for a photo.
Ed joined our team in July 2025, stepping into the role of delivery driver following Rob’s departure. He certainly had big shoes to fill, but he is doing a fantastic job…although we did have a comment from one customer last year saying, “Ed is lovely, but he hasn’t offered to sell me any meat yet” 🤣.
Here is a fun fact about Ed:
He was the co-founder of Cardiff Cycle Couriers, an eco-friendly bicycle delivery service that connected all the cities' creatives, including the BBC and S4C. They won a Welsh Government contract for document transportation, winning public acclaim and providing an Environmental Statement for Cardiff and Wales. And this service was even more crucial as it transported the very important Gavin and Stacey tapes across the city… before the world of technology! A past life that fits in very well with our eco credentials here at the Brewery. “But at the end of the day, when all's said and done, you’re tidy”.

Celebrating 10 years of comedy at Bluestone Brewery. 10 years of laughs. Resident host @steffanevanscomedy has brought you many hilarious comedians and now it’s his turn. Steffan will be bringing his one-man show ‘Black Sheep’ to this year’s comedy night at Bluestone.
Live at Cilgwyn, Pembrokeshire’s funniest comedian brings you an hour show which is a culmination of his 11 years in the game of stand-up comedy. From being the outsider his whole life, Steffan will bring you jokes, stories and observations of the man who moved away to follow his dreams.
Expect barrels of laughs and a great night out! 😎

It costs around £800 a month to keep the phone line running, so together we’ve covered half of that.
If you didn’t know, Strut Safe UK runs a phone line you can call and volunteers will stay on the line with you while you’re walking home, offering a friendly voice and a bit of reassurance until you’re safely through the door. Whether it’s after a night out, a late shift, or just getting home a bit later than planned, knowing there’s someone on the other end of the phone if you need it makes a real difference.
