Proud to be part of the X̱wún̓eḵw Park Sea Dike Project in Squamish. Our scope includes habitat planting, aquatic planting, and installing woody debris to create and enhance fish habitat along the Mamquam Blind Channel. This project goes beyond coastal protection - blending resilient infrastructure with meaningful environmental restoration. (We also had to brag about these work views👌)

The revitalization of Trounce Alley in Vancouver’s Gastown is officially underway! We’re paving over 4,500 ft² of granite in multiple colours with each piece 6” thick and weighing in at 130 lbs - bringing durability and character back to this historic space. The redesign honours the alley’s 1970s heritage while embracing sustainable design principles that will serve the community for decades to come.

Another step toward creating vibrant and resilient urban spaces.
Working hard in Squamish with Alpine Paving.
Scope of work included:
• 6ft powder-coated black chain link fencing
• @newstonegroup Manhattan slab patio in charcoal and glacier
• Soil placement and planting
• Installation of site furnishings
Our scope for the Highway 13 improvements at 29th Avenue are complete in Aldergrove. We knocked out structural soil, erosion control, hydroseeding, sodding, street trees, and the installation of a vehicular double swing gate. 🛣️
Project highlights from last month:
📍 Aldergrove Town Center - We are currently paving our final amenity area on this large commercial / residential development we have been working on for the last 18 months.
📍 ATC Creek Work – On the offsite portion of the Aldergrove Town Center, we have just finished demolishing the existing overpasses with @clearviewdemolition to make room for two new pedestrian bridges. Fun fact: Our crews cleared over 180 yards of invasive plants by hand to allow for riparian landscaping!
📍 The Pier - A development in New West featuring two high rise towers along the Fraser River. This project is part of the 3rd longest boardwalk in Canada alongside a waterway.
📍 Fraser Highway One-Way Revitalization - The one-way section of Fraser Highway anchors the heart of Langley City's historic core. This improvement project will feature new landscape featuring 85 newly planted trees and improved pedestrian amenities.
📍 West Point Grey Academy - We worked on this new sports field in Kitsilano installing over 400 square meters of Keystone retaining walls.
Project highlights from last month:
📍 King Taps Langley - This location is the first standalone building to house a King Taps. It features the first hydropaver patio in British Columbia.
📍 McCallum Townhouses - This project features an ankora retaining wall. The patented design incorporates a cable tie-down system to provide anchorage to improve stability against bearing, overturning, sliding and global failure modes, allowing walls to go higher without geogrid.
📍 Kingsview – Located in North Cowichan, the Kingsview development was a pre-planned golf course turned into much needed housing for the area.
📍 Loftus Village - This Flex MSE wall is said to be the largest in the world; built over a 66m long box culvert for wildlife to pass through.
📍 Noel Booth Park - This project includes 4 new little league diamonds complete with chain link backstops.
