I know I’ve done a hard pivot into the beautiful world of blooms, but just wanted to remind y’all that I am still hanging on to teaching ONE yoga class a week!
Every Friday 7pm @solspiritstudios you can let me guide you deeper into your body accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Once a week, one hour, better (and cheaper) than a crowded bar.

I am so excited to be back to weeks full of creating, meeting new people, sharing color and joy and beauty, and of course - flowers!
