Honestly, this past year was a test to see if this was even viable. But here we are, 365 days later and I still can’t believe anyone wants to buy things that I curate out of love. 2026 is already gearing up for growth with lots of crazy good pieces, new opportunities, and fun collaborations. “Do you host girls nights?” Damn right I do!
Here’s a night when my girls came to shop the studio. Many glasses of wine drank. So much jewelry tried on. Tons of laughs had. This lasted about 4 hrs!!! Time flies when you’re having fun.

Figuring out the look of Weekend Material hasn’t been easy. I have so many likes/dislikes and my mind changes every other day. Luckily there are talented ladies all around me who can somehow see inside this cluttered head and bring ideas to life.
Here are a few snippets of a shoot with @catleegraphy and @_vianca that I’ve been waiting to use for a couple of special things coming up. They’re still in the works, but it’s time to stop holding on to good things waiting for the “perfect” moment.

This was supposed to be an elaborate reel with storytelling, music, voiceover, angles, and details about April’s preference for clip-on earrings. But all I captured was this. lol.
We were so busy exchanging stories, learning how our histories intertwined, and having a whole lot of laughs in between. Content might be king, but sometimes, you enjoy the moment so much that you forget to pick up the camera.
Studio visits aren’t just for shopping, although they can be if you want. They’re also for talking, hanging out, and just having some fun. So here’s a reminder to you (and myself) to enjoy the moments this weekend while they’re happening ✌🏼
My very first private shopping session! What.A.Dream.
I met Isabella on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon we were finalizing her appointment. Her goals were to find pieces for an upcoming trip + rebuild her jewelry collection. It was so much fun getting to know each other and picking adornments that were true to her style, all with sustainability and longevity in mind.
Full disclosure…I came soooo close to telling her the studio wasn’t ready - it still isn’t but f*ck it right? When are we ever truly ready? Must be my advertising industry background, but I just work better with a deadline that threatens my sanity lol.
