Once known as the Empress, our Hibiscus Buzz is like the sun coming back to the soil - warm and full of secrets waiting to be shared! Fruity, rich, and mouth-watering -- this is a drink to bank the fires of winter in the coming buzz of summer!
The Lover's Quarrel famously (famously to us at least?) started as a post-Valentine's Day Special, and we're continuing the tradition! One dirty chai, sweetened with a gentle rose syrup and topped with a cardamom and rose-dusted heart, the only thing you'll be quarrelling over is who is going to buy the second round!
Our new little flower to add to the garden is the brilliant, surreally beautiful Iced Butterfly Spring! Refreshing as the mountain rivers around us, burbling forth with flavor, vibrancy, and life, the Iced Butterfly Spring is the hope of blue skies ahead!
Finally, our favorite, The Burn Ban. Just to remind you to keep your firestarters close and your coffee closer, our s'more style latte will for sure have you coming back -- as we do each year -- for some...more.

We’ve had requests for it since the beginning of August (thanks a lot, Starbucks) and now we’ve been very patient, so it’s time to give the people what they want – so long as what they want is spicy, rich, warming pumpkin spice lattes, timed just to fit with the season like your favorite warm sweater.
The Witches’ Familiar
Our dark horse last season, we could barely keep black sesame in stock – must have been dark forces trying to keep this delicious, nutty, and subtle drink out of your mouths! Well, jokes on them, because here it comes! Go out on a limb, try this delicious combination of black sesame, salt, and espresso with just a touch of sweetness - you’ll be delighted!
The Turmeric Golden Leaf
This one is for the healthy girlies (and boyies?) After a short summer of divine decadence, let’s balance our inner space out with a gorgeous, warming, and sweet latte. Using delicious maple to activate the powers of turmeric, this latte can be served iced or warm as your inner yogi might desire. And guess what? It's still a treat!
The Blackbird Tonic
Jennifer’s favorite of the lot is a riff on our ever-popular espresso tonic. This is a combination of apple, blackberry, and blueberry sweetness, drizzled on top of our Fevertree tonic water with a shot of espresso thrown in for good measure. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the rich beauty of this drink, reminiscent of wandering through an orchard as the leaves fall around you and the brambles playfully snag at your clothes, asking you to stay a while.
So come on through and watch the leaves turn with us and take a sip!

Putting the "fresh" in refreshing, Bloom Coffee is so happy to offer you our new(ish) summer drinks specials - we've had the cold and the mud and the long days indoors, but now we're ready for green meadows, long tube rides on the lake, and late night bonfires! So let's say hello to:

You might recognize Strawberry Fields off our unofficial secret menu, but you've never been more ready for this iced strawberry matcha latte! Served with housemade strawberry syrup and the finest ritual matcha we can get our mitts on, the Strawberry Fields is the cutie of the list and ready for your next day in the sun!
The Riverside Lemon Espresso is the fresh-shades-new-tan-lines version of a drink we had last summer -- which we loved! Seltzer water, drizzled with a rich lemon syrup and topped with a shot of espresso, this rosemary-adorned beauty is sophisticated and tasty as heck!
A true returning favorite, the PB&C is our nod to the deeper side of the season, the side where we get our nails dirty digging in the garden, where the dust of the dirt bike trail settles on our calves, a true treat to bring to the adventure and power you through it. Peanut sauce, our homemade chocolate ganache, a hint of maple and espresso, topped with whipped cream and crushed dark chocolate, this drink is a real delight to everyone!
Finally, we had to keep the fun colors going and we're sending our Blueberry Splash your way! An iced caramel blueberry latte, rimmed with a sugar and cinnamon crunch, this latte is reminiscent of pies at picnics and it's a sweet treat for every BBQ and beachside adventure you can think up.
Jen, Maya, and Liz can't wait to catch up with you in the shop and introduce you to some of these new drinkable friends and reunite you with your old favorites! Open until 2 on Monday and Thursday and until 4 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, come through -- we're SO ready for summer!
