Daily mango intake lowered inflammation and muscle damage in elite athletes. 🥭 Over two 4-week intervention periods, beach volleyball players consumed mango puree or a calorie-matched placebo during normal training. The mango condition showed improved inflammation, muscle damage, and immune markers.
