Some primo connies up at Cuvier Rempart today! Bloc highlights were Pierre Allain's benchmark arete that changed the sport of climbing - L'Angle Allain (6a/5+). Also a couple of Jacky Godoffe essentials on any bouldering ticklist ✅ - Tristesse and Big Boss (both 7c). Such a privilege to ascend rocks with so much history. J'adore La Forêt 😍.

Something, nothing and a moment of redemption. I tried this boulder earlier in the year but had to run away after being attacked by caterpillars, when my eyes and throat started to swell up I knew it was game over (I wasn't making very much progress anyway... 🫣). Fast forward to some autumnal early morning magic and it was floaty and dreamy. Extend out to a sloper, extend a little more to a pinch then flick out to another sloper, class.
