the very last artist announcement for this year :O ✸ @lawnchairmusic ✸ For three years now, LAWN CHAIR have become an indispensable part of the German indie scene. The band has so far released two EPs in collaboration with producers Olaf Opal (The Notwist, International Music) and Chris Coady (Beach House, Yeah Yeah Yeahs), and has played countless gigs all across Germany. Beyond that, a first tour of England, electrifying support shows for Sleaford Mods, and appearances at festivals such as the Immergut Festival and Fusion were just the latest milestones for the ambitious band. 2024 was then a somewhat quieter year for LAWN CHAIR, as they worked intensively on their debut album, honing a sound in long studio sessions that is truly unlike anything else in the German indie scene. ✸ @dandydeniz ✸ Berlin-based songwriter and producer Dandy Deniz is a happy face with a heavy heart and an ocean of love. His music drifts between romantic pop, smooth grooves and playful melodies. After years performing and touring with artists such as John Moods, Andreya Casablanca and Martha Rose, Dandy Deniz began shaping his own musical world. His debut album Double D introduced a warm and emotionally open style of pop that balances tenderness, humor and quiet melancholy. With the new EP Deluxxe, Dandy Deniz turns toward themes of love and elegance. Built around drum machines, samplers and melody-driven songwriting inspired by the timeless sensuality of Sade and Prince, the songs unfold through relaxed grooves and luminous arrangements. ✸ 𝗨𝗺𝗱𝗶 ✸ At the Ping Pong Floor, bass and rallies collide. It's not just about smashes, blocks, and spin, but above all, about connection. Table tennis serves as a medium for exploring new approaches, rediscovering public spaces, and demonstrating a sense of community. The street table tennis club @umdi_tischtenniskultur.wien offers a diverse community program, accompanied by electronic beats. Step out of your bubble – welcome to the Umdiversum! Founded in 2023, the club Umdi Tischtenniskultur Wien' combines sport and culture in public spaces. As part of a growing street table tennis scene, the club creates opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and skill levels. At its heart is the public space as a place for encounters and participation. This includes training sessions, tournaments, and cultural events where prejudices are broken down and social boundaries are playfully overcome.

✸ 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 ✸ The talk examines the landscape of the "Friedländer Große Wiese", a drained low-lying moor that encompasses the festival grounds of blechsonne. It is a search for traces woven from fragments of archival material and novel excerpts from the GDR era, intertwined with the ecological aspects of moors and drainage, and aims to paint a picture of the transformation of this landscape; both then and now. In 1958, the FDJ youth project was founded on the festival grounds, in which more than 6,500 young people from across the GDR drained the bog through voluntary work deployments over the course of five years. Today, the area is considered problematic and one of the largest CO₂ emitters in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. @corinna_studier (she/her) works at the intersection of architecture, urbanism, and art. She is co-initiator of the collective spätspäti and has collaborated with Raumlabor Berlin, the Kooperative für Darstellungspolitik, and the Floating University Berlin. She is a graduate in architecture from the UdK Berlin and received the Elsa Neumann Scholarship in 2024 for "Wiesenspiel." Judith Schubert studied agricultural sciences and has worked, among other places, in peatland research in Sweden. Since 2022, she has been a member of the collective RE-PEAT.

✸ @s1m0nc3ll0 ✸ s1m0nc3ll0 navigates the murky and magical waters of soundcloud and blogspot music, exploring MedievalKore, Lent0 Wobblestep, Mordorkore, Ibizzare, CompleXtroniKa, Super hi-tek, Parapsy-Trance, artisan Hardstylist, but also UF0restKore, Transcendental Elevator Bard music, drained-aspirin ASMR melodieCore, UltraMegaf0lkore, Bouncin’Soulstep, CathedralTek, Trance Requiem... Let’s ride on an epic fantasy journey 2gether! ✸ workshop with @balkanbruecke ✸ What is happening at the EU’s external borders, and how does it affect us? This interactive workshop combines background information with concrete ways to take action. After a brief introduction to the “Balkan route” and the work of Balkanbrücke, we will analyze the impact of border policies and current political decisions on the situation of refugees at Europe’s external borders. We’ll ask ourselves: What can we do? From political activism and political outreach to dealing with discriminatory remarks in everyday life; we’ll gather ideas, test approaches in small groups, and work collectively to develop visions for a future built on solidarity. About Balkanbrücke: We are a group of activists who draw attention to the situation of people on the move along the so-called “Balkan Route” and human rights violations at the (external) borders of the European Union. We conduct public outreach, organize events, and collect donations to support our partner projects on the ground. ✸ Maria Magica ✸ LIGHT LIFE GUIDANCE EVEN FOR BIGGER PROBLEMS: Between the sediment of everyday life, a glimpse into the future opens up. Maria Magica’s fortune-tellings play with the mechanics of identification and self-recognition within narratives. They help grasp what would otherwise remain elusive, and yet cleverly slip away into the meaningless. Empty words create space for one’s own reflections.

✸ happy to announce the dj takeover by @elmstreet42 from Hamburg with @daschkey_ ,@unknownuserunzha & @ni1sblume ✸ ELM STREET 42 is an interdisciplinary collective based in Hamburg and Berlin. Their events combine diverse musical influences with the ambition to make culture accessible and progressive. In his journey as a genre-fluid artist, Daschkey specialized in exploring the similarities between the Latin dance music of his Mixed Ecuadorian heritage and modern club sounds. In his approach, cumbia, merengue, and pachanga tracks stay in their glorious original shape with all their dynamic acoustic sounds, underlayed by heavy bass grooves of the present. His recipe and method create a truly fun experience that makes even the coolest dancers smile. UNZHA & DJ SOURCE are staples of Hamburg’s underground scene and residents at the Golden Pudel Club. They are actively involved in building a strong community through their events and projects with Elm Street. With a diverse selection, they play a mix of electro, tech house, and bass-driven sounds that bring real energy to the dance floor.

Argentine folk that historically originated in indigenous struggles and resistance against the military dictatorship. Eze, with his voice and guitar, sings about the everyday lives of people in Argentina. ✸nina temann Ist lyrikerin und geographin, seit 2022 auch als teil des lyrikkollektivs fährten. ihre texte bewegen sich zwischen körper und landschaft, wahrnehmung und erinnerung. das „ich“ in den gedichten tastet, wankt und zögert, setzt sich immer wieder aufs neue aus, und sprache wird zur vorsichtigen geste der begegnung. im frühjahr 2026 erscheint ihr debütband oh augen, eigene oper.
